Boiler installation
New boilers supplied and installed by a Gas Safe registered engineer — sized to your home, priced in writing before we start, and commissioned properly.
How it works
What happens when you book us.
A boiler installation done well should last fifteen years or more. We start by sizing the boiler to your home and hot water use rather than assuming a like-for-like swap is right, explain the options clearly, and install to the manufacturer's specification — which is what keeps the warranty valid.
Survey and recommendation
We assess your current system, radiators, water pressure and hot water use, then recommend a boiler and explain the reasoning — including where a less expensive option will do the job.
A written fixed price
One price covering the boiler, parts, labour, system cleanse and filter where needed — agreed before anything is booked.
Installation
Old boiler removed, new one installed with the flue, condensate and controls fitted to manufacturer specification. We upgrade the gas supply pipe if the new boiler requires it.
Commissioning and handover
The boiler is commissioned and tested, the warranty registered, and Building Regulations notified. We walk you through the controls and leave all paperwork with you.
Common questions
Asked about boiler installation.
Which boiler brands do you fit?
Established brands with strong parts availability and warranties. We'll recommend the one that suits your home and budget rather than pushing a single make.
Do my radiators need flushing with a new boiler?
In most cases a chemical cleanse and a magnetic filter are sufficient, and most manufacturers require them for the warranty. If your system needs more than that, we'll explain why before quoting for it.
Is the work guaranteed?
The boiler carries its manufacturer warranty — typically 5 to 10 years depending on the model — and our installation work is covered by your statutory rights. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll put it right.
