How LJ began
Turning an unexpected setback into a new beginning.
The push
LJ Plumbing & Heating started with two friends and one redundancy letter. Instead of treating it as an ending, Lisa and James took it as the push to build the business they'd always talked about — the kind that treats every home the way you'd want your own treated.
The know-how
Between them they bring more than 20 years in the gas and heating industry and 15 years looking after customers. That mix matters: the technical work is done properly, and you're kept in the loop in plain English from first call to final tidy-up.
The small things
They're deliberately fussy about the details: dust sheets down, neat pipework, quality parts, and the place left as clean as they found it. Small things — but they're the difference between a trade you tolerate and one you recommend to your mum.
